Parents--even the tall ones, appreciated the height of the handle bars on the Snap-n-go Lite, although it would have been nice to have some cupholders. Also, some parents complained about the actual process of getting the carrier in and out of the car with the accompanying Snap-n-go Lite fixtures-- not really a comfort issue so much as a nuisance. Many parents felt that this machine saved their backs from the unnecessary hauling of a carrier, while improving their overall sense of economy.
