CHILD SAFETY TOTAL GRADE: A
harness system
positive reviewsA
In general, parents had nothing but good things to say about the Revolution's padded, easy-to-adjust harness straps, although a small percentage of parents noted that for smaller children, the straps were a bit big-- even when adjusted to their smallest setting. Then again, this stroller isn't designed to seat infants without first buying the infant carrier adaptor bar.
maneuvering
positive reviewsA
The prevelant theme of the Revolution reviews: how effortlessly this all-terrain stroller handles corners, aisles, off-road challenges, and even icy sidewalks. A very small percentage (approx. 2%) of parents had mildly negative notes on the Revolution's maneuvering including: one parent noted that their Revolution had to have it's tracking adjusted several times as it seemed to pull slightly to the right; 2) one parent felt that the parking brake was needlessly heavy and complicated, 3)one reviewer even noted that the stroller is a bit awkward to turn when the front wheel is in the fixed setting (duh! that's why it has a swivel setting!).
sturdiness
positive reviewsA+
When you shell out $500 for a stroller you expect nothing less than solid-as-steel durability. The good news for all those BOB Revolution owners: this little stroller is built to last. In terms of durability issues, we are yet to read a single complaint about malfunctioning parts of lack of durability in this stroller.
