At first blush, Chicco's London Umbrella is a sight for sore eyes: an attractive full-featured lightweight stroller for less than $100! Unfortunately, the risk of breakdown outweighs the sometimes flimsy features, which include an adjustable-removable sun canopy, a rain canopy, extendable leg rests, and a five-position seat recline. But if you want to save a buck and make a gamble, there is the possibility you will be pleased with your purchase. We'll keep our fingers crossed for you.
