CHILD SAFETY TOTAL GRADE: A-
harness system
positive reviewsB+
Depending on the model (2003 vs. 2004), the Rebound has two different kinds of five point harnesses. The 2003 model harness can be adjusted to a three point harness and received many happy reviews, although one parent complained they had difficulty adjusting and fastening it. The 2004 model has a new one-touch harness which seems more suitable for infants but cannot be adjusted to a three point, a feature which one dad found annoying for his toddler. Otherwise, reviews were quite positive for both models.

Reviewers were unanimously enthusiastic about the ease with which they were able to steer the Rebound jogging stroller off-road or on paved running paths.
sturdiness
positive reviewsB+
With a 20 year warranty on the frame, there is little question about Dreamer's Rebound stroller's overall durability. That said, there were a small number of minor breakdowns, which users reported including a broken hand brake and problems with the bubble canopy flopping forward. Fortunately, Dreamer has spectacular customer service and every single breakdown was rapidly fixed at no cost to the customer.
