STROLLER: First off, parents report that their babies seem happy in the Eddie Bauer Aluminum Travel System, with its infinitely adjustable recline, but they still complained about the fact that the seat doesn't ever incline to a fully upright position.
CAR SEAT: It is designed to handle babies up to 35 pounds facing towards the parent in the stroller, and features a neck and head support cushion. Although parents found the design both spacious and cushy enough, they complained that it is difficult to install without the extra base (sold separately). And be warned: parents found this infant carrier super-heavy!
driver comfort

Although tall parents might be grateful for the higher handlebars and their ergonomic design as well as the convenient parent console with cupholders, those parents with squeaky wheels (there were plenty) had their nerves racked in an entirely different way.

Generally, parents found that the Eddie Bauer Aluminum Travel System handled minor bumps, lawns, and cracked sidewalks without a hitch.
weather protection
positive reviewsC-
One of the most common complaints against the Eddie Bauer Aluminum Travel System is the lower quality of the canopies, both on the stroller and the infant carrier. Reports of sliding, breaking, and general flimsiness, detract from the fact that parents appreciated the viewing window in the back or that the canopies are made from upholstered fabric. Although the oversized, adjustable canopy on the stroller should provide effective protection from the sun, and in combination with the carrier fully cover an infant from the elements, the majority of complaints reveal, that these features rarely hold true as the canopy tends to flop about or bang the head of its little passengers.
