Graco CoachRider Chauffeur

INFANT CARRIER/CARSEAT: Parents loved the ease and comfort with which they were able to transport their child from the car to the stroller by simply snapping the carrier out of it's LATCH base and then snapping it into the stroller, without ever disturbing their (sleeping) child. Note: some parents complained that the carrier became quite heavy to carry even before their child reached the 20 pound weight limit. Lastly, the infant carrier comes with a cushioned neck/head support to keep your infant's head safe and secure, and the handle can be positioned for easy carrying, rocking, or to stabilize the carseat's body on a flat surface.

STROLLER: With a four position recline including fully flat and the capcity to be reversed to face towards parents during those first months, the Chauffeur parents have nothing but raves for the stroller seating.

driver comfort
positive reviews
B

Although most parents enjoyed pushing this stroller there were a few complaints including: the height of the handlebars being a bit low for taller parents and several reviews noted that the parent console cupholders were rather useless as they could barely hold more than a small coffee cup (definitely no bottles).

smoothness of ride
positive reviews
A-

Featuring all-wheel suspension, the Graco Coachrider Chauffeur was reported to give a fairly smooth ride by nearly every parent, although a few reviewers felt it couldn't really handle bumpy terrain as pebbles become imbedded in the plastic wheels.

weather protection
positive reviews
A-

Parents loved the oversized, adjustable, removable canopy on the stroller, which can be combined with the infant carrier canopy for cozy tent-like coverage of their child. Unfortunately, one parent reported that the sun-canopy was a bit too low for her son, who was hitting his head on it within the first year.

Also, the stroller comes with a cold-weather boot that can fit over the car seat as well as the stroller, for extra warmth and weather protection when winter hits. Lastly, a rain cover can be purchased seperately.
