In general, reviewers felt that their children were quite comfortable in the seats, although there were complaints about the seats wearing thin and having the frame pop up through the seat. Also, some parents felt that the seat should recline back even further. Lastly, a number of parents complained that the buckle-recline mechanism is difficult to adjust.

Although the canopy is broad, it certainly isn't quite long enough to provide very decent sun coverage for parent's who travel at other times besides the middle of the day when the sun is directly overhead. Also, the rain and bug covers both must be purchased separately.
