The Instep Safari jogging stroller tries to be all things to all parents with: a front swivel wheel for easy everyday maneuvering, lots of storage, an adjustable handle, and a partially reclining seat. For a lower list price than most jogging strollers it delivers a better-than-expected package. So the storage basket is a bit shallow and the harness systems a bit large if your kids are petite, overall, you'll be getting a strong performing jogging stroller which you can also use when you go shopping.
