Without being an actual jogging stroller, the Kolcraft Jeep Liberty Limited Urban Terrain stroller manages to be a surprisingly affordable rugged all-terrain machine with endless storage and smooth handling. Drawbacks? It's a bit bulky and heavy, and there are real questions about the overall sturdiness of the design. Most parents just loved it though.
