COMFORT TOTAL GRADE: B+
seating
positive reviewsA-
Most parents felt that their child was quite comfortable in the Mac, although one dad noted that the upright position on the seat wasn't upright enough for his toddler daughter to comfortably sit up and "lean into the world."
driver comfort
positive reviewsA-
Overall, parents had nothing but good things to say about the adjustable handle bar which effectively allows most taller parents to easily push the stroller without any unnecessary backpain. One tall father expressed the wish for even higher handle bar adjustment.
smoothness of ride
positive reviewsA-
With 12 inch pneumatic tires the Mac is designed to handle basic terrains-- nothing too drastic though. Most parents using this stroller in the city or suburbia felt that the Mac effectively handled pavement, although a few parents noted that it isn't really designed for anything more than slightly rougher terrains than the pavement or sidewalk, such as a well-defined park trail.
weather protection
positive reviewsB-
Although many parents appreciated the pull-down rain flap and the coverage provided by the sun canopy, there were a number of parents who complained about the fact that the Mac wasn't able to protect their little one's from the morning or evening sun.
