COMFORT TOTAL GRADE: A-
seating
positive reviewsA-
Although most parents felt their child was very comfortable in the Quest's seat, which features a four position recline up to 130 degrees and a leg rest, there were a few complaints including one mother feeling that the seat didn't recline far enough and another parent felt that the seat was not padded enough.
driver comfort
positive reviewsA
With parents unanimously raving about Maclaren's signature high handlebars, even the tallest daddies were comfortable pushing the Quest around for extended periods of time. One mother did wish that there was some sort of cupholder for her lattes.
smoothness of ride
positive reviewsA+
A continuously raved-about feature from all parents: how smoothly the Quest handled any number of bumps in the sidewalks of whatever city they were in: from Tokyo to New York City.
weather protection
positive reviewsB
The good news first: parents unanimously loved the protection the rain canopy afforded, which is included with the Quest when you purchase it. That said, the sun canopy provides only mediocre coverage from the sun, and was perhaps one of the more consistent gripes against the Quest.
