COMFORT TOTAL GRADE: A-
seating
positive reviewsA
Without a full recline the Triumph isn’t designed for newborn infants but still features an adjustable recline that many parents find more than sufficient for their child to nap in with plenty of room, comfy padding, and good back support.
driver comfort
positive reviewsA+
Clearly, Maclaren is the brand for people over 5 foot. Every reviewer recognized the design and height of the ergonomic foam handles as the source for the comfort and ease with which they drove their strollers for extended periods of time without back pain or kicking the back of the stroller.
smoothness of ride
positive reviewsA
Smooth was one of the repetitive themes of parents when talking about how the Maclaren Triumph handled various surfaces and environments.
weather protection
positive reviewsB+
Like every lightweight front-facing stroller, the protection afforded by the fully-removable hood on the Triumph is only nominal when the sun is at an angle. What the parents did like was the accompanying rain cover, which snaps to the front for easier access to their child without fully covering their little passenger in a claustrophobic fashion.
