Essentially Maclaren's Twin Traveller is a luxury double stroller with many bragging points and a few potential issues. The good stuff: this easy-to-steer side-by-side stroller fits through most doors, is suitable for infants, with independent fully-reclining seats, head rests, adjustable leg rests, adjustable sun canopies, an included rain canopy, and two seperate winter boots. The potential issues: you might have trouble folding it, if you're tall you'll kick the center set of back wheels, and the Twin Traveller is at it's finest when being driven on smoother surfaces. Oh, and it's expensive.
