CHILD SAFETY TOTAL GRADE: B+
harness system
positive reviewsA+
All reviewers unanimously appreciated the comfortable-yet-secure, adjustable five-point padded harness design on the Vogue.
maneuvering
positive reviewsA-
Most parents were delighted with single lever-lock brakes, the excellent steering control (even one-handed). The double swivel wheels and narrow frame afforded them over a variety of surfaces and spaces. There was one reviewer that felt the double swivel wheels made it difficult to steer one-handed.
sturdiness
positive reviewsC+
By in large, parents were extremely pleased with the sturdy feel of the Vogue. Unfortunately, 20% of reviewers experienced problems with the wheels falling off (much like the Techno model) and one distraught reviewer noted that the stroller tipped over too easily when her daughter reclined and put her feet in her mouth. Incidentally, both the Techno and Vogue 2003 models ordered from the East coast (NYC especially) seem to have a higher probability of wheel breakdown.
