Bad news first: this stroller is NOT for serious joggers/runners or for families with twins or the ultimate stroller for those planning to have just one child. BUT Phil and Ted's Kiwi E3 Explorer is the closest thing to a perfect solution to the problems of a modern "expanding" family. It more than adequately faces so many of the problems other double strollers just can't solve. The Explorer is highly manueverable in tight spaces (gasp!), not overly bulky when folded (double gasp!), relatively light (unbelievable as an all-terrain stroller), and accomodates infants and toddlers very comfortably. Yes, mom's and dad's with a toddler and one on the way: this is the official green light from baby-gaga: go get one NOW!
