We'd really like to give the Silver Cross Micro a higher grade, if only because at a conceptual level, this little stroller really does deliver remarkably lightweight convenience to parents looking for a second errand stroller that should be worth investing in. Unfortunately, there is a real risk that ordering the Micro in the states could result in unsolved repairs and a refusal to reimburse your money if/when you experience any problems with the stroller as their customer service is just plain BAD. Still, the stroller itself has many happy owners (and some very unhappy ones too) that love it's lightweight compact-yet-quality frame, padded-seat, carry handle, easy fold, big wheels, respectable storage space, and solid maneuvering over a variety of terrain. Compared to the Maclaren Volo, you'd think the Micro had it all, but it's just plain risky to go with a company that doesn't stand behind all of its products.
